New Delhi, JNN. Sri Lanka can host the Asia Cup to be held this year. Sri Lanka Cricket Board may now stake claim to host the Asia Cup after BCCI rejected PCB’s hybrid model.
The final decision will be taken by the Asia Cricket Board.
Sri Lanka Board officials are currently in Ahmedabad for the IPL final. An official of the Sri Lanka Cricket Board told that the board is ready to host the Asia Cup in place of PCB. Now the Asian Cricket Council has to take a final decision in this regard.
